Can anyone confirm which mobs the chaos runes drop off? I've thoroughly read the item entries but it's still a bit vague.

For those of you who have done this, any advice? What is the minimum sort of group that could handle these raid mobs, assuming a 79 SK with 19k hp buffed is MA? How difficult would it be for (still a relative) newbie like me to navigate without someone who's already completed this raid?
