I have a question about common a grade armor. Can they be unsealed? And if so, are they cheaper to unseal? And also, do i get normal set bonuses if I unseal the whole armor set?

you can unseal it. it'll be much cheaper than normal armor
And you shouldn't do it cause it makes no difference, theres no change to the item if you unseal it.
