Yesterday no-one from our team got any tournament reward points because we had a bye in the first round, eventhough our full guildteam was standing ready in GH when the bye was announced. We did play the other 4 matches, and did finish the tournament, we got our QP, we just didn't get any reward points.

Anyone else experienced this before ?

yep. some guildies had the same problem too. Looks like if you have a bye, things go wrong.
Think they fixed it by now. Haven't heard the problem lately.
