The Korea Game Industry Agency announced the award winners for 2008.
And the winner for best online role-playing game is ..... WoW. What a surprise :)
Kartrider was chosen as the best racing-casual game. I must say that I've never heard of this game, but it's probably huge in Korea.

Quote:
"This event will serve as an important opportunity for Korea to contribute to the revitalization of the global online game industry," says Korea Game Industry Agency's president Choi Kyu-nam. "I sincerely congratulate excellent games from every nation including Korea, North America, and Europe, they truly deserve the recognition."

think its logical that WoW wins that price. It simply is the target game for any other game that has been developed in the last year(s) or is under development now. That qualification earns the price alone.
