this is what u need:
1000 of each Chimera skin
5 Pure Black Mithril
100 Wisdom Potions
-Makes Black Mithril Solution (1)
Take Solution and...
1 Ancient Plate Mail
to Anton in Giran. Currently you need to have the Chinese Client to craft this item, I believe.

What are the stats on this armor? Better than dragon armors and is it enchantable?

i think it is 15 ac +1 dex that's all, tiny bit lighter than apm. safe +0 can be enchanted
