While there are certainly wretched hives of scum and villainy when it comes to EVE Online, New Eden in itself is a lovely bundle of surprises when it comes to eye-catching visuals. One moment you could be warping along looking for trouble, and the next you'll be greeted by sights like this one, sent in to us by Kai Eradinis. Kai writes in: I'm continually impressed by just how visually striking EVE Online can be. One moment you're doing a humdrum mission and then the camera will hit just the right angle and that sense of wonder just springs forth. For example - experienced mission runners will recognize the mission area as Gone Beserk, where you fight wave after wave of EoM baddies. The center piece of the area, the Ruined War Monument, is what you see front and center.
