First off, upload your video to Youtube, then copy the complete URL and paste it in a new post in this forum.
Then all you need to do is select the link you just pasted and click on the 'youtube' button in the editor. Your link should look like this:

[ youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5pVOHHH0-Y[/youtube ]

Now click on 'Preview' to see if everything went according to plan. If so, click on 'Post' and you're done.
