Hi,
Lots of MMO's have some kind of guild mechanism. several things are about the same in these mechanisms, but lots of things are different.

I personaly like the mechanism of Warhammer. Other people have other opinions and what would be the ideal mechanism (from several MMO's combined).

I think Vanguard has a lot of cool stuff for guilds too. Mabye not the best overall, but certainly some good stuff!
